The Pick N Drag tool is the best feature. Can rearrange queue items with just a click and drag.

What do you think of the Coming Back feature?


The Coming Back feature shortens the time frame between movies. Once you have sent back the movies, change the status in your queue and Intelliflix immediately sends the next movie. Very helpful.

What would you say to someone to convince them to start their own Intelliflix membership?

I originally chose Intelliflix over other video mailers based on the low yearly fee. I compared their pricing against the other video mailer companies and Intelliflix was by far the least expensive for the most service. I was drawn to the yearly fee verses the monthly fee other companies offer that may change one month to the next. There are other features that I have found helpful and convenient; Pick n Drag, Coming Back, New Releases, Ship or Hold.

Lots of things - the coming back feature; the improved customer service I received recently; being able to view my Help Requests from the web site; winning free movies for life!; selection; price; queue management drag and drop feature.

I like the "Coming Back" feature the most. It was the deciding factor for choosing your service over the competition.

What do you think of the Coming Back feature?


I love it. Should expand it so that you can use it for all of the titles you have out at one time. That way if you watch all three movies in one weekend you can return them all at once with coming back feature.

What would you say to someone to convince them to start their own Intelliflix membership?

You get more movies with Intelliflix because of their coming back feature and the price is right. If you join, convince them to expand the use of the coming back feature to make the service even better.

Hello,

I just wanted to let you know how happy I am with your company. I don't understand why anyone would sign up with the 'other' DVD rental companies or go to the local video store. The variety of movies you have is amazing. You really are 'the world's largest neighborhood video store.' Your delivery time is very fast - I have new movies coming in the mail every week.

The only time I've ever had a problem with a DVD, you sent a new one out to me that day. I don't get that kind of service at my local video store. I feel like every penny (and it is just pennies a day) is well worth it. Thank you!

I just signed up with Intelliflix recently. I am looking forward to enjoying my membership, especially the Adult Mature movies. I've put a few of those in my queue. I still can't believe those kind of movies are available! I sure wasn't getting those titles at Netflix or Blockbuster!

Just wanted to say the improvements in your service over the last two months are night and day! I was a very displeased customer and came very close to canceling my membership. With the new features you have implemented things are so much better! You have really turned around my customer experience that I am now starting to recommend your site to friends.

The new easier adding buttons, and knowing which movies are available are huge benefits. But my favorite feature is the ability to let you know I have sent a movie back.

Although I didn't expect a response (among other feedback, I had mentioned that turnaround times were slow), I got a prompt response from Customer Service and an extra month on my account. Very nice!!! I felt important.

And I *love* the change to the queue that shows items which are in high demand or will be delayed. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Wall St. Journal Gives Intelliflix High Marks

NEW YORK, NY – JULY 26, 2005 – In a blind test of online game rental services by the Wall Street Journal, Intelliflix demonstrated its core strengths once again as the company continues to make a name for itself in the online movie and game rental market. The Journal selected Intelliflix to participate in the test as one of the leading online game rental sites in the country. In addition to being lauded for our customer service "Intelliflix… responded to an email inquiry within three minutes" we were one of only two sites in the test to actually ship an order, proving that Intelliflix is one of the few businesses in this industry to "walk the talk."

Intelliflix has created a unique business model in the online movie and game rental industry. Rather than follow the time consuming, labor-intensive, and expensive model of establishing huge distribution centers in just a few parts of the country, as done by Netflix and Blockbuster, Intelliflix has created a national network of independent video retailers to complement the company’s own distribution facilities. This national network gives Intelliflix customers the benefits of working with an independent local store: greater title selection, deeper inventory levels and more knowledgeable employees. At the same time, customers also enjoy the advantages of dealing with a national company with world-class customer support, centralized technology operations and development, major marketing and promotions campaigns, etc.

Intelliflix offers a standard subscription for general release movies and a premium subscription that also includes games and mature titles. Intelliflix Inc., according to Consumer Reports, which this year compared the quality of service provided by the West Palm Beach-based online DVD rental and delivery service with that of competitors Blockbuster, DVD Avenue, GameznFlix and Netflix. At $16.95 a month for sending customers three DVDs at a time, the company was the star in the 'best value for money' category, building on a rave review it received six months earlier in the Wall Street Journal. As clicks have replaced flicks as the favored means of accessing movies, Intelliflix has capitalized on the trend and boasts on its Web site that its selection exceeds 60,000 film titles. It's been another gangbuster year for a company that reports only 10 employees in the tri county region but whose network serves all 50 states.
