I’m Danny Carrao, the President of Intelliflix,
back for another round of our Intelliflix newsletter – Presidential
Perspectives.
These are exciting times here at Intelliflix. We
continue to grow and ship more and more movies and games
than ever before. Last month we set a record for
the highest percentage of eligible customers renewing their
membership. I know that we have lots of things we
can improve on, but it’s encouraging to note that
we’re making progress. We really are a group
of hard working, honest people who are dedicated to giving
you the absolute best value in home entertainment! One
of the key factors in creating that value is listening
to you, our valued customers (and potential customers!). We’ve
gotten great feedback since we started this newsletter
and a lot of your ideas have been incorporated into our
operations, so keep the suggestions coming! Before
we get down to the nitty-gritty though, let me take a minute
to give the standard reminder about not emailing me directly
with your customer support problems. I really do
want to help, but with customers in every state in the
nation as well as US-held territories outside the continental
US, I just don’t have time to respond to specific
requests. If you have an issue, create a support
ticket here to send to our Customer Support team.

Yep, you read that right! We’re starting
a great new promotion – one that I’m sure
everyone would like to win. We’re going to

As we continue to grow our business, we’ve found
that we need to grow our staff as well. So, we’ve
added almost a third more Customer Support Representatives
in the past thirty days. Of course, it will take
them a little bit to get fully up to speed, but we’re
confident that this is a good group of people who are as
committed as we are to answering your questions and solving
whatever issues you’re having with your account.
A Tip on Tickets
Do you know about our automated help ticket system? We’ve
built an automated system that will help you address all
the most common problems that you might experience. There’s
no need to send in a support ticket when you can actually
answer your own question! For example, let’s
say that, unfortunately, a disk arrives in the mail broken. While
it’s unfortunate, and out of our control, sometimes
that does happen. When it does, if you go to the
automated help ticket system, you will be able to pull
up a list of the outstanding titles that have been sent
to you and let us know the one that’s broken. If
we have another copy of it available, we will automatically
place an order for a replacement copy. If another
copy isn’t available, we’ll send you another
item from your queue. This is all automatic, and
you don’t have to wait for a customer support representative
to answer your request. It’s a great timesaver
for everyone!
To access the automated system, all you need to do is
login to your account and then go to the regular support
ticket page,
choose a catagory and when you choose a certain type
of sub-catagorie (like a broken disk,
for example), the system will automatically process the
request for you.
